FRIDAY 01-19-96
OMC received a call from Eklof informing us of that their tug & barge had gone ashore that afternoon.
OMC setup 3 bases, one in Eklof's Staten Island offices, one at OMC headquarters, one on-scene Pt Judith.
Data files describing the hull geometery, compartmentation, tank tables, structural layout, actual corroded
scantlings, were pulled from disk and the current loading condition modelled.
USCG, naval architects @ MSC Washington, contacted OMC for situation data while doing parallel
      calculations.
OMC and MSC then carried on a continuous data and calculation interchange over the next 7 days and
      nights

OMC had last worked with MSC 6 months earlier in June 1995 on the Apex barge/bridge collision in Vicksburg MS.
