We are flattered by those who would like you to think that they did the salvage engineering & spill estimates for the NORTH CAPE, crafty language, innuendos, and false claims do not change the facts and truth. Obviously there is more prestige associated with the successful salvage of the NORTH CAPE than we thought.

Ocean Motions was contracted by Eklof in 1995 one year before the NORTH CAPE incident as required by US Law in 33CFR155 and are listed in Eklof's VRP as their 24hr damage strength and damage stability QI (Qualified Individual).
