SYSTEMS                           Ocean Motions provides both:       
Active (Real Time)                system receives real time tanks levels, tank weights, tank
                                          volumes, drafts, mooring tensions, tow line tensions, line
                                          paid out etc      
Passive (Predictive)              manual loading data entry only      

TYPES                               Ocean Motions provides all 3 types:      
Type 1                                Software calculating intact stability only      
Type 2                                Software calculating intact stability and checking damage
                                          on the basis of KG Max or GM Min limit curves      
Type 3                                Software calculating both intact and damage stability by direct
                                          application of pre-programmed damage cases
                                          (HSE IMO MODU MARPOL…)
                                          Otherwise known as:          
                                          “Direct Damage” using 3D ship modeling
                                          “One Button Damage” , press to see if load condition
                                          passes or fails
